Good room, comfy bed. Unfortunately, the room gave on the road with the tram and all car circulation. Very noisy. We requested to change room but it was never done. However, to be positive, the breakfast is very good and it is until 11am!

A 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz shopping area, restaurants and transport links. Easy walk to many of Berlin's highlights. Good clean hotel with excellent breakfast choice (although the scrambled egg worth a miss!). Well equipped gym. Room compact but clean, good shower. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed not so good, but ok for teenage son. Not the greatest customer service, but we're helpful in allowing us to leave our bags on early arrival and until our late flight departure. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break if you don't mind the walk to get there.
