The property and service were just as nice this time around as our first visit in June 2021. Our three year old son REALLY enjoyed the children's programs in the evenings ('Blue Tots' and 'T-Bots' programs) and asked to go back, daily. A big shout-out to the children's animation team who were absolutely wonderful! As a family, we enjoyed the lovely beach and pools, which were, surprisingly, swimmable in early November. We especially love this property in Side as it's in a nice, quiet, natural location with birds singing in the morning. My husband enjoys going for walks/jogs in the forested areas near the hotel. Food, service, and cleanliness were on point, as always. We had a corner suite this time and loved the views of the sea from our room on the 5th floor. We've stayed at other ultra all-inclusive properties in this region of Turkey, and, for the price, you really can't beat this property. Multiple other guests we spoke to were also repeat customers. Thank you for another lovely holiday!

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have separate areas for both families and adults only in both the pool areas and restaurants. Buffet had a good variety. It wasn’t spectacular, but was good enough and had many options. Coffee shop was a favorite. I arrived early since I had taken a night bus. They checked me in early without me having to ask. Pros: - Excellent COVID-19 precautions - Excellent staff - Excellent rooms - all with sea view - Excellent towel service, sunbeds and umbrellas (pool & sea) - Great location in a fairly isolated beach (not a private beach, by law all the beaches belong to public) - Separate areas for adults Cons: - Poor cocktails. Stick to simple drinks and you'll be fine. Don't forget to ask for brand names of your favourite spirits, otherwise you'll be given the cheaper local equivalent. - Food is above average. It's not bad, but I had much higher expectations. - A la carte reservations cannot be made before check-in, after check-in they're already booked by current guests. Although I had booked enough nights to try each restaurant and made a request to book restaurants in advance I couldn't try them all. My booking request prior to check-in was denied and I was able to book 3 out of 4 restaurants after the check-in. - The beach doesn't have silky sand. It's mixed with pebble. Not too bad though. The sea has also pebble in the ground but then turns into sand if you go further. - Not flexible arrangements: I asked whether it was possible to leave the hotel by 3am paying an extra fee, but I was asked for the full price. It doesn't make much sense to pay that amount for a few hours of sleep. I booked another hotel nearby for less than half the price for my last night. They could have made money by asking for a similar fee, which would have also saved me the trouble to change hotels.

good service,lovely grounds, very friendly
enjoyed all the time we were there especially the adult section. A la Carte restaurants not easy to get into but food was good in A La Carte restaurants Divan restaurant was ok on some days, but also a bit boring,catering too much for the 'English' taste . However the speciality days the food very good. Could do with a bit more Turkish influence in the entertainment area as have been to other hotels in Antalya and we felt we were in Turkey not England!!
