Property was beautiful. Didn’t realize everything was so spread out. But that was okay. Room was clean and comfortable, Wish there was a tv in the room. Breakfast the server never brought our drinks.. not a lot of English speaking, which is understandable because we’re in Mexico just made things a little more challenging. Restaurant Yumano, Told us they ran out of tequila and beer when we had dinner, but our wedding party was inside and said they didn’t because they were being served. Pool needs more loungers and towel area. Overall everyone was really friendly and we’d love to be back.

Very cute winery, staff were sweet and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the shower. It was literally a trickle of water coming from the shower head and was extremely loose. They have WiFi but the signal was extremely weak. Heads up there’s no tv but that was totally fine with me since it was great to disconnect for the time we stayed there. The food was SO good too. Excellent service.

Very nice restaurants with good food, a bit overpriced. Hot tub was not really hot, none of the 3. Staff very nice. Stylish establishment. Property provided map that is deceiving, looks like things are short walking distance but not true.

I don’t know where to start we arrived half hour early of course they made us wait at the bar so we ordered two drinks there was 5 employees behind the bar socializing 15 minutes later they started making the drinks the water pressure in the room was very low every time someone turned the water on in another room we lost our pressure I could go on but overall it wasn’t good for the price we paid

DISAPPOINTMENT

Not what I expected! No hand towels, no kleenex, no toilet paper holder, no mini fridge, dirty washbasin, a lot of dust around the washbasin that I had to clean myself, a lot of dirt leading to the room. I would not recommend it. We dined at the restaurant, had the worst server ever, the food was soso. The pool's water was icy cold, the jacuzzi was off and had to be turned on so We had to wait one day for it to bet warm and then it was scalding hot!

La habitación fue cara y muy incomoda, el baño tiene una cortina de muy mala calidad con un tubo que se cae, el agua de la regadera sale para todos lados, no tienes una silla donde sentarte, muy mala iluminación y la cama muy chiquita e incómoda, la terraza no la puedes usar porque es muy chiquita y te da el sol directo, la limpieza no es excepecional, no tiene closet, solo un tubo de metal con 4 ganchos, no hay burro de planchar y el baño huele a caño, te cobran como si fueran un hotel de lujo y la calidad deja mucho que desear

The hotel is promoted as a relaxing destination, but our experience did not reflect that. The property is divided into three areas, which are not well connected for walking. Although they advertise three pools, the pool and jacuzzi in our section were out of service for 3 days. As a result, we had to drive to the other pools, which unfortunately were not clean. On Friday at 9:40 p.m., just as we were hoping to relax in our room, a water pipe suddenly turned on to fill the pool, creating a loud and disruptive noise—without regard for quiet hours. Additionally, there was a party on the neighboring property, right next to the rooms, with very loud music. When we reported the issue, the front desk staff said they could call the police and police should deal with it, but I guess no action was taken as the annoying music continued late into the night. Supplies such as toilet paper, coffee amenities, and makeup remover were also insufficient for the number of guests, even though we left a note for the housekeeper indicating how many people were staying, in case that information was not known.

Disappointed by customer service policies.

We showed up at the property at check-in time (3:00 p.m.) but we weren't able to get into the room until 4:00 p.m. No one at the property told us that the power and water was out for the entire property. People at the pool area told us they had water but no electricity. We tried to wait it out, but needed a room with running water so we left and went back to Ensenada. Disappointing and I'm still trying to get a refund.
