We stayed here to visit the lakes, it was amazing! The accommodation is immaculate and beds/pillows so comfortable. Maria is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, she has had the most adorable tiny dog called Pablo.

Real value for your money
A true gem among the hills close to the national park. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when I go back. We got a warm and personal welcome. The AC worked silently throughout the night, we had a spacious bedroom with a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Outside, a private little swimming pool beneath a hill, which was soothing after a day’s walk in the mountains. The breakfast buffet featured everything from fresh pastries, juices and fruit to scrambled eggs or an omelette with your choice of ingredients made à la minute. You could order a homemade meal in the evening too with a heads up. All in all, very good value for your money.

Stay here! Just a great place - you can walk to the national park, it’s clean and quiet in a rural setting, very comfortable rooms with nice bath and small balcony, really good breakfast comes with the room. We got in late and a friendly young woman met us. She also helped us with tips for the park the next morning. We had dinner in their cozy restaurant one night and it was delicious. The two young women there make this a happy place. I’d encourage anyone to stay there, and definitely will go back.

Best place to stay at the Lakes
Certainly a great find if visiting Plitvice Lakes. You are only a short walk down the road so you save on parking. The room and bed is extremely comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff is extremely friendly and provided great input on the best way to use our time at the park to include the short cut there.

The hotel is located only a few miles away from the entrance to Plitvice gates 1 and 2. The building is brand new and is extemely clean. The staff is also incredibly friendly and accomodating to your needs. I highly recommend this property!

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt beim Parkbesuch
Das Haus liegt etwas zurück versetzt von der Hauptstrasse, was sehr angenehm ist, weil die Hauptstrasse stark befahren ist. Zum Parkgate sind es nur 1.5 km. Alles ist ganz neu und das junge Paar gibt sich grosse Mühe, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer sind schön gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Blick ins Grüne ist sehr schön und am Morgen kann gar ein Reh gesichtet werden. Alles ist sauber und die Betten verfügen über gute Matratzen. Der Swimmingpool verfügt gar über eine Gegenstromanlage.

Tranquility at the very best spot to explore park
A great place to stay! Very fresh and clean rooms, good beds, and a very relaxing pool area. Superb bathroom and large shower. Friendly, helpful Staff who recommended both how to explore the national park and where to dine. ( good restaurant next door, and a great bistro Plum 10 km away.) Great breakfast and they made us omelettes. Walking distance to the national park from the higher levels but we recommend to go ( car or bus) to entrance 1 and start there, and end up at the higher levels. It’s extraordinarily to walk and meet and see all waterfalls from down streams. The entrance tickets and recommended time includes boat trip and bus in the park. Recommendation - route C + part of H Start at entrance 1 and walk 1 hour incl all the photo time to the boat (30 min) After boat trip walk another hour to the entrance 2 level Add on 30 min to top level Bus back from top level, via entrance 2 back to entrance 1 There are restrooms and restaurants only at those 3 bus stations
