Avoid! Avoid! Do not stay at this hotel!!!!
From the moment i checked in..it was bad! The service at reception is shocking, very slow. The hotel is on a hill and you have to wait for a shuttle to your room, which you have to wait anywhere between 10 to 25 minutes. The shuttle drivers dont listen and i was told by the driver he makes the decisions on when he goes! I booked a studio, it had a stove top, microwave and fridge. No crockery or cutlery provided. What is the point?The swimming pool is in need of repair, many missing tiles that you can cut your feet on. There was building works going on, a crane was parked and i was told i cant go to to my room on 1 of the days. They moved my bike, tipping it over, leaving scratches and smashing the bottle i had in the seat. Housekeeping were really loud, always waking me up. The worst part thou is i had my JBL blue tooth headphones go missing. I advised reception and were told they know nothing. The 2 other groups of friends in my group also had personal items and cash go missing. There was issues with my key card, and it took me to demand to speak to the manager to get it fixed. I had to walk to reception on 2 occasions because it did not work. (Its a massive hill)
The hotel is a little out of the way, thank goodness i had a bike. Ive stayed at better hotels for alot cheaper and better service!!!
