Disappointed
It took an hour to check in. I rented a room with two beds, the staff insisted one bed was good enough, since my friend (travel partner) and I are both female. Only two rooms in the hotel had 2 beds. The first had a toilet problem we found after unpacking. We changed rooms. There was no in room WiFi as advertised. Staff tried to fix this problem to no avail. The staff speaks no English. They smiled and seemed to want to help, but I produced Google Translate on my phone only to find that no one of authority could be reached. The second day of our stay four busses brought in shoppers from Maylasia. The young staff didn't seem to have any control over the hallways and we couldn't sleep the next two nights. Boisterous guests in over crowded rooms leaving their doors open and yelling to each other kept us up. I used Hotels.com over 30 times in the past year or so. A few more times I referred your service to friends. This is the first time I shared a room with anyone in quite a while. I was actually embarrassed by the condition of this hotel.
The lobby looked good at first glance, but the ceiling driped water on to the tile floor.

Not a nice breakfast experience
Everything was very old overall. Breakfast was including the room price. When I went to breakfast there was no breakfast. After sitting 5 minutes in a table they took me a cup of coffee and small glass of orange juice and bread with thai butter. When I asked them about other things what include the breakfast they said there is no one in a kitchen and she is coming. I asked if I can get more coffee then when I'll get the breakfast they answered yes. After 15 min. there came someone to cook for me by taxi motorbike. When I finally got my breakfast it took about 25 min. After arriwing to breakfast I asked more coffee. He answered you pay. I said I'm not paying you promised me more coffee. He was saying one set only. He has to pay my coffee or what. I said forget it and left the hotel forever. During the stay I didn't see any other customers but I came nighttime and left after 10 in a morning. Otherwise the staff was polite.
