Uncomfortable accommodations
The air is our room quit working when we arrived back from our concert at 11. The staff promptly sent someone to our room to check it out. He did not speak English so we used google translate to communicate that we wanted to change rooms. Staff was very polite but did not offer to assist in the move. We were not informed that our breakfast had been paid for when we arrive and I had difficulty retrieving the info on the app. I found it under amenities. I would not consider this an amenity. It was an addition to what I paid for the room that was not on the receipt from Hotels.com. This is not the hotel’s fault but a fault of Hotels.com. The bed at the hotel was extremely uncomfortable. I could not get a good nights sleep the air in the room that we moved to was good. The shower, however, was difficult due to the handheld being in one position only there was not sufficient space for cosmetics since there was only a pedestal sink in a shelf above it The staff was very pleasant during each of our conversations with them. Breakfast next door could have been better with more healthy options such as smoked salmon, fresh oatmeal, berries and healthy bread
