Romantic paradise!
This place is a total gem! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and quick, the food was made daily and absolutely delicious, the view is breathtaking, the attention to detail supersedes the fanciest hotels in Vegas and Hong Kong. The owners were on-site and we had a very pleasant chat during breakfast. I am selfishly slightly hesitant to share how good this place is because I will go back and I want an available chalet but I can't keep it to myself. The property is a 15 minute drive from the city which makes it perfectly tucked away yet close enough to the "action" if that's what you're looking for. I can't say enough good things about this property!

Terrible customer experience and not very clean!
The place is absolutely beautiful but the service was terrible, I checked in around 23:35 after 3 hours driving from another state. I called room service requesting an extra pillow at 00:38 about one hour after my check in, the front desk staff said. “You really want a pillow at this time” I said yes please, and he said “I take requests only until 23h I can’t help you”. After that I was very disappointed with the service so far but it got worst. I try to fill the bathtub to try to relax a bit, unfortunately I found a pubic hair on it obviously they didn’t clean properly after the last guest. If you decide to stay at this place make sure to DO NOT request anything and watch out to the amenities the may not be very clean.

Pousada incrível. Passamos 2 dias na Pousada Varanda das colinas. Lugar silencioso, chales e ambientes (piscinas, sauna, sala de jogos, etc) são muito aconchegantes. Atendimento nota 1000 da proprietária, recepcionista e jardineiro. Todos estão de parabéns. Um detalhe é o café da manhã, somente coisas gostosas e muito bem feito pela própria cozinheira da pousada. Tudo fresquinho!

Sensacional!! A surpresa na estadia já começa com o atendimento do Sr. Sylvio! A gente já chega se sentindo em casa! Me hospedei no chalé Prime 16 e tudo estava em perfeitas condições! Roupa de cama cheirosa, toalhas de alta qualidade, lareira, banheira tudo conforme a reserva. O ponto alto está no local, a natureza é exuberante e o silêncio necessário para um ótimo descanso. O café da manhã é perfeito, farto e de excelente qualidade. O pessoal que nos atendeu Camille e Mike extremamente educados, um primor no atendimento. Usamos a piscina aquecida, a sauna tudo maravilhoso! O cuidado com tudo é perceptível em cada detalhe da pousada! Está a 12 min de carro do centro de Monte Verde. Para quem quer descanso, silencio, natureza, paz e um momento só casal é sem dúvida a melhor escolha!! Voltarei logo

Acomodação é fantástica. Sempre fico com medo de ficar em chalés de madeira por conta do cheiro ruim, mas não foi o caso, muito pelo contrário, a higiene é impecável. Café da manhã bem generoso e staff bem simpatico. A Camile nos recebeu e o atendimento foi perfeito.
