I never understood what happened about the cost of my booking. The person in charge just said that I did my booking in another hotel and they recently change the name there. My booking was 10USD higher than the applicable there, however, nevertheless he said was same owner, he couldnt give me back the difference. Also he was asking me to pay the booking there telling me that he didnt have the confirmation for my payment through expedia. Just when I check with my credit card, I confirmed that my payment was already done. We lost time in that thing that was not really clear for me.
Additionally when we check in they give a different type of room. The good thing is that I ask about it and they give me the correct type.
