Very clean hotel and friendly staffs, just wish there was an area for tea and coffee for the evening, because there is a bar downstairs which closes at four in the afternoon other than that was good.

It was a really nice size room. Bathroom was impressive: clean, hand wash and shower gel supplied. Bed made everyday. Called about a leak problem and it was sorted within the hour. Also, aircon was sorted and I didn't know anything was wrong. Yes I would recommend.

Ok for a short stay
At arrival the reception has to be called, which takes around 10 minutes to arrive, ok. Rooms are dated, however the beds are comfy and the bathrooms are renovated. The major issue is that the rooms are not isolation in terms of noise. We had a neigbour that was watching a action movie till 01:00 and started again at 05:30. We were able to hear all of that. Besides that price/quality is fine and ok for just a few nights.

Perfect for short stay
The hotel was in a great location, only a few minutes walk from all the amenities in Santa Eulalia! When we arrived it was 10pm, we had to call a number to check in which was fine. When we first entered the room it smelt like cigarette smoke but the balcony door was open so it must of been from this. This did disappear by the next morning. The bedroom part of the room does need a massive updating, considering the bathroom looks so modern! It was confusing. Nevertheless the beds were comfy and it was clean. We went to check in the following morning, the person on reception could have been a little friendlier in our opinion. But we paid the tourist tax and was checked in very quickly. If I was to come back to Santa Eulalia, I would stay here again, it is great for a short weekend stay. You get what you pay for.

I booked a place to stay for the night for 3 adults. My party and other people had to wait for the front person to come in and give us a room. It said it was including breakfast. That was a lie. The room was very cold and had little to no heat. It was wintertime. If you like the cold a lot then okay, but I like warm weather, and it was brick in my room. It was not friendly, and not fun.

Parking Place: Navigation: Centre Salud , dann findet ihr den kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nähe. Bus nach Ibiza Stadt in 10-15 Minuten Entfernung Fußweg. Tolles sympathisches Kaffee Parana gegenüber, Restaurant Norelia daneben auch top und « günstig ». Einheimische zu sehen. Gutes Zeichen. Hotelpersonal super freundlich und hilfreich super Topp. Ohrstöpsel sinnvoll da Haus sehr hellhörig und Kneipe nebenan. Die Türe zum Flur solltet ihr abends daher schließen. Kein Fahrstuhl. 10min. Zum Hafen oder zur Faehre(15min.max) . Genießt den Aufenthalt . Toller Preis! Mi corazon habla: Hasta Proxima

Die Unterkunft an sich ist für den preis in Ordnung. Jedoch sind die möbel sehr veraltet und die kissen sehr unbequem. Wer außerhalb der Saison hinfliegt darf sich keine großen hoffnungen machen, das er gut unterhalten wird. Wir waren im April dort und die decken sind sehr dünn und abends wird es sehr kalt. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und an einigen stellen mit blutflecken versehen. Die wände sind sehr sehr dünn, sodass man von oben, unten, rechts und links jedes atmen hören kann. Das gute an der Unterkunft waren allerdings die guten Busverbindungen, man kann mit 2,10€ pro person eine strecke fahren.

È uno degli alberghi più economici , perciò non mi aspettavo chissà cosa. Ci sono troppi rumori . Si sente tutto quello che fa la persona nella stanza a fianco.

La camera era bella, grande, luminosa, pulita e ordinata. I letti e i cuscini erano molto comodi. L'unica pecca della struttura è che non c'è l'ascensore. Per quanto riguardo invece il personale al check-in era del tutto maleducato, quando siamo arrivati non ci hanno nemmeno guardato in faccia, abbiamo salutato e non ci hanno risposto. Ci hanno fatto aspettare senza dirci niente. Il secondo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua del lavandino che non scendeva, quindi non riuscivamo più a lavarci. Quando l'abbiamo comunicato, ci hanno detto che lo avrebbero controllato la mattina del giorno seguente! Assurdo. Per fortuna poi siamo riusciti da soli a risolvere il problema. Infine, nei servizi era incluso il ferro da stiro, e noi ne avevamo bisogno, ma non siamo riusciti a chiederlo perché in segreteria non c'era mai nessuno! Solo a mezzogiorno (orario del check-in e check-out) c'era qualcuno. In breve, pessimo servizio al cliente.

Ok for its price. Very noisy: you can hear very well the neighbors above, below, and next to you, as well as drunks on the street and the traffic - the windows have almost no sealing, and the walls are thin. Wifi coverage is limited and my room didn't get any, although I'm not sure if that was a temporary situation. Reception is only open for checking in for two hours during the day. If you miss those two hours, you'll need to try to contact the owner, and hope there's someone from the staff in town that can come to the hotel. Cleanliness is good, bed is comfy, room is reasonably spacious, there's a small balcony, towels and bathroom are good, desk is not comfortable work on.

Podría mejorar, al llegar nos cobraron el doble de la tasa que nos salía en la web diciéndonos que esos precios no estaban actualizados, la habitación con mobiliario antiguo pero colchon y almohadas comodas, el baño lo encontramos con el suelo sucio, el agua caliente cerrado y sin toallas completas tuvimos que pedirlo al personal de limpieza que estaba en las habitaciones de al lado.

This is my 5th stay at this hostal. It's really well located and you are 5 minutes away from the harbour and paseo by the sea with cafés and restaurants as well as from free parking. The town centre is lively even in October so this is a great place to stay. My room had a brand new bathroom, a really comfortable bed and a decent balcony with a view onto the harbour. It was clean and functional for a super good value. The only thing was other residents being noisy late one night. I'd recommend if you are on a budget and would rather enjoy a lunch on the beach with your funds.
