Mediocre room, great staff
Good location. Good staff. Not the best rooms. Rooms are quite small but you pay for the location not room. Our window in our room was not shutting properly leading to a big draught and a cold room, however once we alerted staff they were great and moved us straight away. Another thing that would’ve improved our stay would’ve been black out blinds as it was quite light even at night with the blinds shut.

Fine for a crash
As a landing spot between the train and the city, was fine. Very small room. Loud street. Front desk was closed early and wasn’t available to help with issues. If you check in after hours have to hoof it down to another hotel to get keys. Bed was comfortable. If just looking for a place to crash and shower, just fine. WiFi was out, TV didn’t work, etc.

Great location, small room
Location is key to this hotel! Right by the S-bahn, super convenient, you can walk everywhere or take the metro. There are restaurants, stores and supermarket/drug stores all close by. Rooms are very small! It is fine for one person solo traveling but two people to a room would be cramped! During the day I was out and about and only there to sleep. Shower was powerful and good. No ones going to come and clean your room daily. The first two nights I was facing the street so I could see a lot of light coming in and it was loud, I was able to switch to another room which was better. There was still light coming in as they don’t have curtains and the blinds are on the outside. They have complimentary pastries in the morning which I took two of the mornings, they’re nothing special, I didn’t care for them but many seemed to love them. This isn’t a hotel where you’re going to get any amenities or anything extra. Go here if you’re alone and want a great location.

Loved it!
Amazing hospitality concept for a short trip or solo travelers. You have everything within a hand reach in a very compact and well organized space. Comfortable bed with lifting mechanism, electric shades, nice shower. You even get a tablet. Free pretzels and cones at reception. Well managed access. Tried hotels with a similar idea, but this one is the best so far.

The location is great. It is located in the center of everything and walking distance to the train station and Octoberfest. The only downside is that because of the great location, it was a bit noisy with traffic, sirens, and people on the street.

The location could not be any better! I was walking to most of places that I planned to visit. And to the rest I commuted where all stops and types of transportation were there as well. This hotel does not offer the breakfast. But! There is espresso machine in a room, and every morning there is enough pastries for guests which could be just enough for a light breakfast! They can keep your luggage if you arrived early, but you will need a 2 euro coin for a locker, keep that in mind. The room was tiny. I was there by myself, though, and I had everything that I needed. I probably should give a 5-star overall. If I travel to Munich again, I will stay at the same hotel, no questions about it!

Perfectly Located Hotel in Munich with A/C
This is an efficiency hotel located in the heart of Munich right at the Karlsplatz train station. It’s very easy to get to/from the airport on the train with the S1 or S8 at this stop, as well as around the city since it is a hub where the trains connect. The hotel has large lockers (can get two checked bags in one) for 2€ you can store your luggage in if you arrive early, or need to check out and want to explore the city before departure, but do not expect to check-in early. I recommend you send the hotel a message to let them know when you plan to check in so you know your room is ready. We got there right at 3pm, and our room wasn’t ready until 5pm, which was very unpleasant after a long day of travel. The rooms have A/C, which is a blessing in the hot summer weather, a small individual pod coffee maker, and WiFi. There is a small pastry cart in the lobby in the mornings with complimentary croissants, pretzels and things you can take on the go, as well as vending machines with drinks and snacks for purchase. If you have a car, they offer an underground garage for 18€ (at time of review), but you cannot have a large car. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to get around Munich easily and have a nice place to sleep. It’s no frills, and is located in an office building, but 10min walk to Marienplatz Square where all the shops, restaurants, and touristy things are. There is also a coffee shop right across the street, a few restaurants, and a few markets.
