Ridiculous service from a Westin
My room card didn’t work for parking even though I kept notifying staff and they claimed they fixed it. So i had to pay for parking separately every day. They also charged my personal credit card even though I paid for everything beforehand with my work card.

We called down to the front desk twice and sent a message regarding getting bedding for pull out bed. We didn’t want to bother them excessively so we fugured they would eventually bring it. The hotel room was pretty filthy when we arrived. The bedding smelled like the previous guest. We found an EYELASH strip stuck to the remote. The coffee mugs were filthy with coffee spots. I wouldn’t stay here again based on the condition of the room. I’m glad I brought my own blanket and Lysol.
