The hotel is located in a very safe area, we walked the businesses around the hotel every place we stoped by people are very friendly. The hotel customer service is EXCELLENT, all employees are respectful, friendly and always keep a smile no matter how tired they may be, they are always willing to help, the breakfasts are fresh and delicious. I do not give the building an excellent rating because I think it needs an update, although I can say that they always keep it very clean. I'm sure that when I return to visit El Salvador I will definitely stay at this hotel "Beverly Hills Hotel and Business" Thank you for making us feel welcome, my respects and best wishes for prosperity to all employees! The room was decent, but there was a couple things. One of them was that the cable tv wasn’t working until room service was called to help. Another one was that the shower hose had a hole and splashed everywhere in the bathroom when I came back. Besides those two, the customer service and everything else was great.

I liked the salvadoran style breakfast, it brought many fond memories. My room didn't have a hair dryer, no big deal. I did not find the bed comfortable, I like the mattress to be firm. Me gusto el desayuno salvadoreño, me trajo bonitos recuerdos, muy rico. Mi cuarto no tenia una secadora de cabello, a pesar que uso una todos los dias, no me afecto mucho. Lo que no me gusto fue la cama, no fue nada comodo. Yo prefiero una cama firme del matress.
