The hotel itself was nice. The walls were very thin though so if you planned on a romantic night with your lover I'd think twice. Our microwave in our room started sparking and eventually had a small fire that NOBODY seemed to care about. The front desk said they would fix it in the morning, then it was the morning after that, and after that again. I had to warm my daughters food and the front desk allowed me to use their microwave, instead of moving us to another room. It was nice and all but very annoying when i needed to warm something and staff wasnt at the desk and nowhere to be found. I wish I remembered the workers name who actually cared I would give her a good review. Older lady with brown hair and glasses, I liked her. A random old guy tried to hit on me and she was there to have my back.

Just to confirm we're meeting today at 2:05 they need to stop being stingy with the laundry you need to have clean linen at least every three to four days not every two weeks it's very unsanitary that would be my only discrepancy that I would have with an establishment

I left I didn’t stay. Hotel room does not look like pictures. The rooms are worst and not my standard. I called hotel.com the representative stated she will get me a refund since I was unhappy and not staying. I hope I get my refund.

We enjoyed our trip very much. Glad to find a smoking room in Columbus area. Great for social distancing. Very clean room and hotel. Could see that the staff kept common areas clean. Elevator always was clean and smelled of cleaner which was awesome! Room was great with kitchenette included. Quiet parking lot. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall completely satisfied guests, will definitely stay again.

First of all, the first floor smelled like old cigarettes. It was disgusting to breathe in such a smell. The elevator smelled even more and the stairs were even worse. The room was decent but you could smell small amounts of cigarette smoke deep through the door. I would look elsewhere.

My stay was phenomenal, the staff was very accommodating and polite I can tell that a lot of the people that stay here have been here for a while and I understand why it’s very clean and a comfortable place to stay I’ll definitely be back.

I booked the room a week in advance and when i got there the nonsmoking room i booked was not available. So my choices were a smoking room with 2 beds or a nonsmoking room, handicap with 1 bed and a pullout......

Good location, but not cleaning the room is a big problem. They hardly change the bed sheets or pillow covers.

Very friendly staff with easy check in. Not the nicest spot but its eight for the sproce i suppose.. most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept on and the pillow was terrible i was up every hour. No idea how this bed possibly sleeps 2 maybe me and my kid.
