The lady who ran breakfast was rude and put breakfast away over 30 minutes early both days. Our room ac broke. The room was nearly 80 degrees. I travel to enid very frequently thought i would try somewhere new but i definitely regret not going with the normal place. That being said the lady who worked overnight and the afternoon lady were very pleasant.

Charged twice for both nights of stay
I was charged twice. I made a reservation for two days. I was charged on the first night the total amount and again on the second night. I called my bank to verify and back to the hotel. The hotel said there was nothing they could do about it. They only see one charge. My bank is disputing the second charge. I even offered the hotel to send them copies and they said there was nothing they could do.

Checked in and then about a few hours later they front desk checked another family in our room, so we were in our room and another family just keyed on in and came in on us. rented 2 rooms and wanted them by each other and we got about 6 rooms apart, so it was a little frustrating.

Outdated in many ways. The fridge hadn’t been plugged in so no way to store food so it went to waste. Front desk Christi was too preoccupied on her cell phone to provide help in a timely manner. She called on my personal cell rather than my room for a minor issue which she made major. Provided half empty bottles of toiletries. Very disappointed in this experience because I love La Quinta as a whole.
