The hotel itself from the outside, and entering the lobby was very nice and modern looking. The original lady who checked me in was nice enough, but from there it all went downhill. The young man who work during the days up till mid-afternoon was basically clueless, he didn't even know the name of the road in front of the hotel. Wanted to do laundry but of course he said there were no quarters and the hotel that I can change for dollar bills so I could not do my laundry. The elevator was is noisy and unsafe feeling is anything I've ever been in before. Breakfast was the same in both days with no eggs or anything original, simply sausage and gravy on a biscuit. Over both days, there was nobody behind the counter they simply sat at a table in the lobby playing on their phones, which is not a good site. If they want to work on their phones they should do it out of sight of guests coming into the hotel. Also they allow dogs inside where the food was served, which at least in my part of the country is a health violation.
