Rooms were large and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and delicious for a hotel meal. Entrance had a small pantry to sell items. There is a pool but did not use it. At check out we were told they are starting to remodel rooms.

The staff was awesome except for the employee that was working on our last day - when i confirmed our reservation prior to arriving 3 rooms for a wedding / asked to have one room extended check out until 2 - due to a breakfast at the wedding venue was told no problem
Just make the front desk aware . The employee was no where to be found i had to ask housekeeping to locate her after waiting for 20 minutes she had such an attitude and told me if i wasn’t back by the time i requested i would be charged - there is no later check outs . Her attitude was not appreciated i am a paying customer ..

Smelled like shrimp
The room smelled like rotten shrimp peels or someone had spilled their seafood broil juice on the carpet. When I notified the front desk politely, she also politely said that the hotel is fully booked and gave me a can of Lysol. Unfortunately, the Lysol did not work, it was disgusting the entire night! For $325 a night (included $50 pet fee), it was the worst Hampton Inn experience ever! The rest of the room was clean. The hotel hallway carpet was showing age.

While we had a comfortable stay, our room smelled like wet dog, carpet in hall and room was very worn and dirty. The caulking around and in shower needs cleaned out and redone. Quite a bit of mold in and around shower. The desk lamp was hanging down and broken. The toilet paper holder was barely on the wall. The shelving on the wall near sink is also coming off the wall. We were told to go to different floors to different house cleaners to collect clean towels. Friendly staff, especially Jacey who checked us in. She went above and beyond.

Worst Hampton ever
Probably one of the worst Hamptons which I have stayed at. To start off with.. the automated blinds were broken.. the translucent blinds were down and wouldn’t go up and the black out ones didnt lower down. The bedding had an odour and didn’t feel and smell fresh and the carpets were dusty and just filthy. Lastly, something that I wouldn’t blame the property for was someone right on the floor above me kept moving around continuously from 12:45am to 5am. I think it’s important to have a specified quiet hours like most hotels nowadays.

Everything was excellent. What I didn't like was that the fan in the bathroom isn't powerful, it's hot after the shower and the mirror gets steamed up besides that all is good.
