Ja, en motel som kendt fra utallige Amerikanske film, men minus Norman Bates og 'Mother'. Herhjemme havde jeg endnu ikke lagt mærke til, at det var høj sæson for myg. Det viste sig, at være en stor fejl, at jeg ved ankomst efter solnedgang åbnede døren, tændte for lyset, og lod døren stå åben i ganske kort tid - gør det ikke! Jeg kan sove igennem baby larm, torden, men myg holder mig vågen længe, så den kendte sport - myggejagt, og der var mange! At dømme fra nogle eksisterende mærke på loftet var jeg heller ikke den første! Værelserne er fra 60'erne, men mit var meget godt vedligeholdt indvendigt, ren, og med en stor fladskærm og komfortabel seng. Udsigten fra restauranten var til at beholde, og morgenmaden var komplet med en B&B præg. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende.

Zehn Minuten vor der Frühstückszeit wurde, als man uns sah schnell die Eingangstür verschlossen… Im Spaß sagte ich zum Kollegen, pass auf die läuft jetzt schnell zum Eingang und schließt ab… So kam es auch! Das empfanden wir als sehr unfreundlich. Das Personal empfanden wir auch sehr unfreundlich und sehr unpersönlich…
