there are some areas that need work in the buildings … our building has a huge area that is falling off the building and our Air conditioning was horrible. The staff is outstanding .. loved the salt pool and the golf is awesome. As a matter of fact the use of safe methods to keep the greens beautiful but without dangerous run off is so great. It is spendy there and we would love to stay a week but may be too spendy. The food is great there too.

Our accommodations were good. Nice room and accurate description. I was really disappointed with the hot tubs. The outdoor hot tub was not very clean and the indoor one was COLD. I talked to the desk about this TWICE and nothing changed for the whole time we were there—5 days! Unacceptable.

Our experience at Madden's over the Memorial Day weekend was pretty good, except that the sink in the bathroom was clogged when we used it in the evening. We called Customer Service that night and told staff about the problem. It was fixed pretty soon. So we're happy.
