Ours was spacious with a great layout, in front of the Opera place.
2 bedrooms, functioning kitchen with a coffee machine, large dining and living room, no AC.
Small TV but this wasn’t important for us. However, the house needs to be worked on. IE; The handles were not attached to the French doors, part of paints and walls falling off. The toilet was small, however the bathroom was sizeable - could be enough space for a bidet and washing machine, for example.
The shower was too small (open concept) thus water was splashing in the floor. In order to get extra towels and pillows you will be charged (30€).
At the time of our stay there was construction in the city... some a street over, so we were not able to sleep past 6am, the team graciously relocated us.
The next flat 301 was on Frippiers street, with a tiny old elevator. Nicely renovated with quirky layout. We slept very well and AC was operating perfectly.
