Attractive hotel with spacious rooms & fine views
We were pleased with everything at this hotel - the service, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the breakfast selection. Miram, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. We were impressed that she arranged a lovely breakfast buffet for us, even though (as we later found out) we were the only guests in the hotel that morning. The facilities - bar, lounge area, breakfast room - are very attractive and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was sparkling clean and well-equipped. The furniture/decoration in the bedroom looked a bit dated but this really wasn't a concern for us since the hotel offers good value for money overall. Our room had a private balcony and the view was lovely and very dramatic. We definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers in the area. It's worth the long, winding drive up from the valley.

Personale gentile. Buona posizione per partire per gite Altopiano della Paganella. Vicinanza all'impianto di risalita per Cima Paganella. Non vasta e varia scelta del buffet per la colazione. Non prendeva la rete wireless in struttura. Rifornimento solo una tantum (giorno di arrivo) del set di cortesia per il bagno dell'hotel.

La struttura si trova alla fine del paese a due passi dalle fermate del bus. Raggiungibile a piedi anche la funivia di Santel. Personale cortesissimo e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Colazione ottima e abbondante. La vista è incantevole.

Ottima struttura alberghiera con parcheggio esterno e possibilità di lasciare la macchina anche in garage di proprietà. Un fraintendimento in sede di prenotazione è stato prontamente rimediato con la messa a disposizione della suite, senza discussioni e senza differenze di prezzo. Colazione abbondante, dolce e salata, per tutte le esigenze. Ottima pulizia, personale cortese e disponibile. A pochi passi dal piccolo paese di Fai della Paganella dove è possibile trovare pochi ma buoni ristoranti e pizzerie e persino un distributore di latte fresco appena munto.

Good hotel
Good hotel, very friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. If I can make a note, I would put at least two chairs on the balcony. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious (compliments for apple pie). Dinner, being half board, was adequate and well presented. If from those parts I will certainly return and I will recommend it to my friends.
