Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend:) Es gab nur eins was ich ungewöhnlich fand und das war das Reinigen vom Zimmer. Ich finde es total schön wenn man ins Zimmer kommt und das Bad ist geputzt oder das Bett gemacht. Hier ist es etwas anders ,man muß es anmelden wenn man ein geputztes Zimmer haben möchte. Ist wohl nachhaltiger !! Aber alles andere war klasse.

Dejligt sted hotellet ligger fin i forhold til byen Plau am see. Wifi var dårligt på værelset, og der var lidt problem med et meget varmt værelse ingen aircondition. Wellness så fin ud benyttede det ikke da vi kun have 2 over natninger. Plau am see er en rigtig hyggelig by og har et rigtig godt spisested Fakkelgarden. Man spiser også godt på hotellet.

Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Auf der Couch, am Boden beim Tisch und rechte Seite auf dem Bett lagen Krümmel. Das darf eigentlich nicht passieren. Da wir nur 1 Nacht da waren, haben wir dies nicht erwähnt, da das Personal am Empfang so freundlich war. Die Decke vom Frühstücksraum könnte mal erneuert werden. Leider war das Schwimmbad in einem anderen Gebäude.

Wir waren mit dem Personal Empfang und Bedienung sehr zufrieden, es war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstücksbufett sollte die Aufmerksamkeit mehr auf die Teller gelegt werden, sehr häufig Schmutzig! Die Fernsehergröße entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standart!

Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, Zimmer auch sehr schön, hatten leider ein Zimmer direkt am Treppenaufgang, war etwas laut im Zimmer. Plau am See ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, una hat es sehr gefallen.
