Guy who checked me in was rude when i asked a question about a charge already on my card. The room was horrible. It smelled like smoke for a non- smoking room. There was dead bugs everywhere which just shows me that they don’t clean very well. The AC hardly worked.

The water in the shower did not go down. The staff used the towels that customers use to wash their face to wipe the dirty ground. Management was always hard to get a hold of. Stay away from this property!

We’ve booked at this place before and never had an issue.
to start off i accidentally booked a smoking room when we didn’t need it and the guy told me he couldn’t change it because he was booked up but we were the only car among 5 in the parking lot for the whole 3 day weekend. that’s frustrating. secondly, our room was not clean. the floors were nasty and muddy, there was trash and hangers from the previous guest still in our room. the towels had stains on them.
and lastly, our last night we ran out of toilet paper so i called the front desk to have him bring us some, he said he would and never brought it. drove down there to get it, the door is locked and there is no one to be found. i have a toddler and it’s difficult to have to use napkins because i can’t find anyone that works there to help me out. i’m disappointed and will not be booking here again.

Clean & Comfortable Room
First, I'd like to say that I greatly appreciated the front desk clerk named Pritti for her warm welcome when I checked in to the hotel. She was very kind and friendly. The room, itself, was very clean and comfortable. It was obvious the hotel has gone through some renovations within recent years to create a modern, clean hotel room environment. There were only two things about our room that I would have liked to change. First, part of the metal on the swing bar lock on the door was broken. Second the remote control to the TV looked quite dirty. We did not partake in the complimentary breakfast. There was a friendly man walking around in the morning who was eager to receive our room key to get started cleaning as soon as possible. He did not rush us and he seemed very nice. I would stay there again if I need to come back to Monroe in the future.
