Excellent Hotel
This was the second time I'd stayed at this hotel which is perfectly situated to break up the trip from the Ferry Terminals at Bilbao and Santander to my holiday home on the Costa Blanca. The hotel is excellent with large clean air conditioned rooms, pleasant public areas and a good restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is secure underground parking available for a nominal fee. I will definitely return to this hotel if I make this trip again.

Good for a short stay or stopover.
We used the hotel as a stopover to Bilbao ferry crossing. It is ideally situated when travelling to or from the Costa Blanca. Menu Del Dia was great value at €12.95 including wine and coffee.

Overnight stop on journey
Found the hotel easily were able to check in a bit earlier than time stated. We ate our evening meal in the hotel which was incredible value and very good quality. The breakfast offered was substantial with a wide range of choices I would definitely stay here again if going that route.

OK Just but no food
When we arrived and tried to book a table for dinner we were told to talk to the restaurant staff who said that there was function that evening and there were no tables available. We complained at reception who said that they could not help us. There was a disconnect between reception and the restaturant staff. I asked if we could have food in the bar area and were told that this was booked also. Then I asked if we could have food in our room and they said no. It was pouring with rain outside so we could not wander around the town looking for somewhere. We ended up with two packets of crisps for our dinner. After a long drive it was not a good way to spend the evening. We would never go back to rhis hotel. A very poor way to treat guests.

2/10 Poor

an unhappy stay
Excessive heat in our room and the decor was depressing. We ordered a snack from a menu of pitza or burger! However the spanish clients were offered various othersuggestions. In morning having the worst breakfast ever we asked if we could have the sound turned down on the tv which was blaring. Yes that happened but with attitude and a scowl

Good for a few days' stay.
Comfortable hotel, they do have private parking at a cost but often there was on-street parking available free of charge in the area, short walk from centre of town and museum, good view from my room on 7th floor. Only problem was that the name of the hotel is not shown anywhere on it, only the chain it belongs to, A20 Hoteles, so I wasn't sure if I had found the right place until I actually went inside. .

Good choice to stay in Calatayud.
We really like this hotel. It was located convenient and also very clean and modern.Great price-value. It's a good option if you are planning to visit the monasterio de Piedra, in Nuevalos. There were many restaurants close and the city center was also near to the hotel

Wound up here by mistake
When we werew travelling to Barcelona , we wanted to take in one night in Zaragoza, and we booked this hotel thinking that it was in Zaragoza, as it came up under Zaragoza. My bad : (, I usally do my homework, it was 1/2 hour out of Zaragoza, but it was a very nice old historic cites with ruins, and we enjoyed the city. Only thing that we didn't enjoy was the restaurant, menu could use great improvement. Don't recommend to eat here.

Modern hotel. Everything you would expect but staff have virtually no English. No record of the two on-line bookings we had made. Breakfast was fine but, whilst cheap, dinner was very basic fare.
