The front desk ladies were very helpful when I had to extend my stay. They talked me through how I needed to handle transitioning my extra day. The house keeper was sweet when I asked for extra bags for my room.

They were sold out. I had to drive 20 miles to a different location. My hotels.com itenerary number did not show up in their system. Hotels.com has done this to me before but there was at least a room close by. This was terrible at 10:00pm on a Friday night.

My stay at La Quinta was okay, but cleanliness needs improvement. The room and bathroom weren’t as fresh as expected, with noticeable stains in the shower. Service was good but not exceptional—staff was friendly but lacked attention to detail. With better cleanliness and refined service, this hotel could be much better.

Dirty and run down. Front desk staff was nice but hotel was gross. Old uncomfortable beds and thin cheap bedding make for a horrible nights sleep. Spend $10 more and go elsewhere is my advice.

No receipt - do not recommend

Room was okay. Breakfast not great but it was food. When I asked for a receipt at checkout, I was told that because I booked the room through a third party, i would need to ask them for the receipt. This is very poor business, and I will not stay with them or recommend them for that reason.
