Villa Boscarino is beautifully renovated and decorated to a high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. It’s in a very built up area out of town, not much going on around it. The walk to the centre is extremely hilly a good 20 minutes to the new town and 40 to the old town.

Beautiful accommodation, excellent staff. Our upstairs room with window only was a bit small for us; next time we would choose a room with a patio and easy access to the lovely gardens. A long way to Ragusa Ibla: a very tiring walk, not for the faint hearted. But being able to park the car and not drive the narrow city streets was worth its weight in gold.

Alright but not great.
The place is a lot further from town than what it looks like on a map and it's a steep climb back to the hotel from town. The old town is too far away to visit by foot. Main issue was the pool which we nicknamed "the puddle" with the other guests. It's super small and had an uninviting green color to it. The room itself was okay the bath was a bit warn down though with tiles missing in the floor. Unrelated Ragusa it self as a town is not anything special compared to Noto, Taormina or Cefalu.
