Great hotel for the value
This was a hotel recommendation from a friend and so glad that we stayed here. Great location and close to the airport. Rooms were very spacious and comfy beds. The buffet was great with a good selection of items. We booked massages at the spa and they were exactly what we needed after a long flight. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. The only negative was that the property was huge and had a residence side as well. It was very easy to get lost or confused in which tower you were in.

Superb place and location, overall the personal from the lobby parking area, restaurant did their job professionally and did their job great was very helpful and service oriented. The breakfast needs a lil bit fine tuning, i eat everything, but they should consider to be mindful and cater to other costumers choice of food aswell, because I could see they had guest that can only eat halal foods aswell. And that the serving spoon at the buffet and the surrounding area of the warm and cold buffet needs to be cleaned once in a while, because it’s the first appearance that the costumer sees

Average hotel near Mall of Asia
The hotel was ok. Confusing as you can't get to the lobby from your room without an elevator transfer. Finding the gym was near impossible till you discover you have to walk through the restaurant. My room had no towels and when I called they seemed already aware of this yet it was 11pn. The hottest of the hot water was warm at best. The towels were old and shabby. The location is convenient to the airport, about 12 minutes and you can walk easily to the mall of Asia.
