Pros: Walking distance to attractions, restaurants and the beach. Cons: 3 floors without elevator. Not accessible by car, Uber or taxi. Not convenient if you have multiple and/or large suitcases. You have to walk at least 50 meters or more for airport shuttle pickup and drop off.

Frane was an excellent host. He met us on our arrival and got us all situated. He had a map for us with some circled spots to make sure we see during our stay which proved to be great recommendations. The place was clean & in a perfect location. Walkable to everything in old town. Would recommend to anyone staying in Split!

The rooms are right in the heart of split old town down a lovely quaint road and perfectly located to one of splits best breakfasts in my opinion at Ciri Bili Bella. Would highly recommend!!

Great place! You're a 2 minute walk from all the action but the property itself is like a quiet oasis. The room we were in (4) was nice and shaded, where we were shocked how warm it was outside. The shower was excellent with good pressure. And Frane was a great host. I don't like giving 5 out of 5 reviews usually as they're not constructive,but anything less would be a lie. Thanks Frane!
