Roadside motel on the edge of town. We stayed here the night in the drive back to Sydney, overall good (serves its purpase as an affordable place to sleep) and the contactless check in was good.

Won’t be staying again
The photo makes it look nice but it’s an old motel in an industrial area. It had a 60s bathroom with a shower curtain, and a public toilet paper dispenser with the cheapest paper possible that tore to bits trying to get it out. If you want overnight only, with no in person contact customer service and you want to be woken by cleaners knocking on your door from 9.20am onwards even though check out is 10am well it’s for you. Tip take your own toilet rolls or use the tissues supplied instead. Not in town but walking distance to takeout options & servo

A place to sleep in Grafton
Very old but neat and tidy. Parking was haphazard but plentiful. Dated motel but did the job and we slept well. No street noise and didn’t hear the trains which were just across the road.

Nothing positive to say regarding our family stay except it was easy to book online and the shower pressure was great. Property advertises a pool but there was no access to it if there was one, the kitchenette had fat splatter everywhere from previous visitors cooking in the room, sink sponge had previously been used and was dirty, noisy outdated window air-conditioner, single beds roll around the floor from movement whilst being slept on, car parking was very cramped with short parking spots, not enough cutlery or crockery for the family and the list goes on. Would be one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in and would not recommend to friends or family. Very very low budget accommodation.

Very convenient near shops, easy access for walking downside of staying there the curtains had holes in them. The bed was right next to the window so that was crap. Also the Wi-Fi connecting to the TV. I asked on the second night of staying there for someone to come fix it and we did stay for six nights, never got fixed toilets weren’t scrubbed. The bathroom sink was dirty. We did see cleaners and they were polite when asked for getting extra towels and that so that was nice. Overall, I understand why it was cheap because it wasn’t what you expect
