Great location, nice and quiet. Rooms need a bit of an upgrade. Little bit of maintenance and this would be wonderful. Check in was great, friendliest reception ever. Could walk across the road to the river walk and playground. Some restaurants down the road were in walking distance. Short drive into town for everything else. Lovely stay.

An ideal location near the river and the mountains. A good price for simple accommodation that is safe and accessible.
