A great place to stay!
It was great. Property and staff were fantastic. Though the location is beneficial but it is not at all the safest, I strongly advise against walking alone at night time in the area. There are a lot of attractions in the area and it is easy to get around by foot just be self-aware and security conscious.

Franklin St Quest has everything you could want, central to be able to walk everywhere or catch the free buses and trams. The Intercity bus station is directly over the road. We were a group of senior ladies and could all get together for our outings with seating in the lobby. The pantry is a great idea too

Great communication from the property before our stay. There was an issue with the hot water and they gave us the information we needed to make a choice about our stay.
