My tv in my room was broken. That’s was the first night. Overall, it did not meet my expectations. My husbad used the bathroom in the lobby area at check out, and it was disgusting, he said poo was everywhere. Besides that, the bathroom door in my room had some kind of issue, because you had to shoulder bump it really hard to close, no ice on yhe floors, you have to go down the front desk and ask for zip loc bags of ice, the charger station the room didn’t work, it took forver for the water to get hot. It was the worst visit I've experienced there,and I've been a few times. The last time I was there, they offered mimosas and salad on the 2nd floor to guests, no such luck!!
