Roberta and Clara (in reception) were extremely friendly and helpful. Great communication in person and WhatsApp before arrival. Our Oceanview room was very spacious and comfortable. The upgrade is worth it. Breakfast service, coffee and food were excellent. The location is fantastic. Lots of food, drink and shopping near by. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Trapani. Oh, and cute cats, Kitty and Rio were a bonus to the welcoming feeling of Central Gallery Suites.

Nice hotel very convenient to main town (shopping, dining, beach, ferry, etc.). Hotel staff was very nice. Helped with beach towels, directions, provided nice breakfast, etc. Room itself was a bit sterile with little decoration and very spread out floorpan (inconvenient in the dark). Street parking (have to pay 8AM to Midnight) was okay with parking App.

We really loved this place! The views from our balcony were incredible! Right on the sea with views of the old town and mainland across the sea. Location is fantastic as you can walk to everything in the old town! Finding public parking in front of the property was easy. Just make sure you download the EasyPark app before you get there. Or you can use their pay stations, but EasyPark is easier. We had a large beautiful room and we loved it! Only thing they could use more storage space in the room with drawers and hanging things. The breakfast buffet was great with many options. And the coffee was great! All the staff were kind and very helpful!! Make sure you let them know when you are arriving so they can let you in the locked entry door. Overall we loved this place and would return!

Great location, room not so great.
Fabulous location for Trapani old town, sandwiched between the sea front and via Garibaldi. Open atrium with breakfast area and reception. We booked the deluxe ocean view which whilst a huge room lacks light and decor is generally pretty gloomy and a little tatty. The balcony is unusable to sit out on, so is a feature only. We travelled with friends who booked a lower grade room that offered a usable balcony, two double beds, and was generally a much smarter room. Choose your rooms wisely!
