Very enjoyable stay. Single room, en-suite, TV & kettle: everything clean & tidy. Good view towards the pier. Hotel situated at the top of a long promenade. LLandudno a very nice seaside town , not overrun with arcades. Good town centre. Breakfast was very good with friendly service. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely brilliant. I won’t lie, I was extremely dubious due to the low price and almost didn’t book however, so glad I did. Room was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. A good one given the discounted price paid
The room was ok with reasonable space as a single bed room. It was situated on the top floor with a view of the back street. The shower water flow was quite weak, making it the most upsetting part of my stay. However, given the price I paid, a discounted price at £27+, it is acceptable. An interesting part of the hotel was the Victorian lift. I think it is a treasure of an old English hotel and should be kept forever.

just brilliant
I had a brilliant stay. Everyone was really good to me and so thoughtful, I'm disabled. I was warm and cosy in my bed Although I enjoyed a drink in the bar before I went to bed. Next morning I had just what I ordered for my breakfast, a small size meal. I did leave my bacon, just my fussy taste it was a little too salty for me. Also the coffee wasn't strong enough, but as I say that is my fussy taste,They were so good to me. I'm wondering if I can fix a longer visit later in the year.
