The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area. They gave me tons of recommendations for restaurants and places to go why I was visiting. My room was clean and had a great view of the water from the balcony.

Fabulous
So many places to stay and dive…this is the one to book! The tour company is right in front of the hotel (easy for that 6:30 am dive), the hot tub is HOT, the pool is nice and warm, the restaurants are walkable, and the property is super clean and safe.

Paddletail is wonderful! 10/10 experience from start to finish. Stacy at the desk was so friendly and knowledgeable, and the adventure center was prompt with scheduling our event. Chose to stay here as we were coming to swim with the manatees and they had a company on site so we also chose to use them. The newly renovated rooms were nice. We had a little problem with our first room and they happily moved us. There are restaurants very close by also

Lovely spot on water for swim with manatees
Overnight for one stay. Staff nice and informative. Right in water and next door to swim with manatees which we did in morning. Rooms clean and cute- no frills. Three cute restaurants next door- Bayside had great happy hour for food and drinks, Tarpon- music and tiki bar, and crackers - peel and eat shrimp and music. All in walking distance and drivable to state parks. Def do the manatee tour on site! Even a grab N go breakfast included and fresh coffee 24/7. Pool and jacuzzi right on docks and they have beach for sunset. Bring no see um spray! Will return!

great deal and location!
Great place overall, particularly the location. They were recovering from the hurricane but still had everything in good order. The "breakfast" was just a paper bag with a granola bar and a mini muffin. We didn't catch that the beds were full size instead of queens- a bit small for 4 of us but we probably just missed that when booking. Overall this was a great deal.
