Bad stay
We are disappointed. Management should looks at the rooms. Bathroom is very very small, showing unit slippery, toilet paper roll was under the sink which you can not reach. Bath room door not close easily.

Terrible washroom
The hotel location was convenience. The room was small and old. The washroom was terrible and poorly build. The shower tube was falling apart and dirty. Only good thing was the daily breakfast and hotel step to Metro.

They got it right in the end
Was there for 3 nights, the room was awful with an old fashioned and very smelly toilet with flies everywhere. There were live electrical wires taped up close to the bed, very dangerous. The room was shabby and noisy and was nothing like the photo on the website. We did not ask for a move that night as we had arrived very late and were exhausted. We asked for a move the next morning and to the hotels credit they moved us to a much better room for the rest of our stay. Good location, Handy for the Metro and close to all main attractions and handy for the airport . Very nice continental breakfast was served. At over £100 a night it was a bit pricey for what they were offering. I would return, if I had assurance about the quality of the room.

Great location
The location is perfect, close to the city and there are various types of transport available. The staff is very friendly and provided everything we need. The room and bathroom was a bit small but it can be managed. Breakfast is average, had everything needed but could be better. Overall the hotel was great.

Hotel was conveniently located and close to metro stations, dining options and grocery stores. Lisbon’s main shopping stretch is a 10 odd min walk from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was included in my booking. Some of the facilities in the room were dated.

Smelly room!!
We stayed overnight and all I can say is I would not have survived the smell in our room another moment longer. It smelt of sewage. It was horrible and we couldn’t get out of there quick enough. But on the positive the staff at reception were helpful in looking after our luggage when we arrived before check in so we could explore the city.

Great hotel, rooms and beds are perfect for family stays. Street parking was available every time we arrived in the evening. Breakfast was also great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great to get around for site seeing. Only thing that I can say is that the room it self is dated, could use new floors and maybe updating the bathroom. The family and I only spent the nights here for sleeping as our primary reason to visit was for sightseeing Lisbon and taking it all in. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Hi that wasn’t the best Experience I ever have Only one card for two even free people . No machine for snacks or even water . Breakfast was the worsted we ever have but once you hungry you eat . There were teenage girls on a school trip in rooms 315 ans 317. We were 311. The were yelling and jumping around and screaming. I tried talking to the teacher, it didn’t work. I went to the front desk, the noise stopped around midnight the first night’s. Second night, same thing. The front desk went up with noise lasting past midnight. Third night, another client went to the rooms and screamed at them then told the front desk. No sleep before midnight then a group came back from partying at 5 am. Short night. The heat in our room broke so we had a portable heater. The tub was so high that I couldn’t get in to take a shower. The tiny window was at the back where all the air conditioners and the pigeons nests were. The water damage in the bathroom door was bad. This place would barely qualify as a youth hostel. I asked them for a different room with a shower. The answer was no. The staff should have been dealing with the noise by either moving us or them. They refused. We just cancelled our next stay there for April. We left so tired and frustrated. We’ve been Expedia clients for 20 years. You should change their rating until they renovate and treat the customers with respect.
