We got room 302 ( smart room) and it was better than my expectations. The room and bathroom were really spacious, very comfortable and located only few steps away from the Main Street. One minor defect was a strange smell in the bathroom ( paint or some kind of disinfectant) and there was a large terrace but lacking a table. Overall very pleased

Zen and beautifully decorated
Welcoming staff, the room we had was in the new building which is beautifully decorated and thought out. With glass floor to allow you to see the Roman aqueduct that is underneath the building. Very clean and zen ambiance. Location wise it is perfect two steps from the Main Street.

Lovely Receptionist, we were made very welcome. Quiet area, but very close to the centre The hotel room was in a different hotel than I thought it would be, not where the Spa facilities are which were a bit disappointing.
