Watch your step.
When I went in to register there was a large dog tied up by the door. Although he was friendly he just about knocked me over looking for attention. There was step to enter that was about 8 inches deep that was hard to get in as there was nothing to hang onto. The room was very clean. The TV wasn’t working and someone had to come in to fix it. There as a cord that wasn’t plugged in at back of it. The bed was so high because of the mattress and I couldn’t get in it. I needed a chair to climb on to get in. All in all we wouldn’t stay there again.

We liked the cleanliness, the excellent service, and friendliness of the staff. Regrettably the exterior door didn’t close properly, and made us feel somewhat uncomfortable, and the bathroom room door also was too tight and didn’t close properly. The step up into the room was too high and felt like a tripping hazard when you were going in, and when leaving the room we were concerned with falling because of the long step down.

Run down hotel with little upkeep, missing tiles in bathroom, chain on door not functioning. Room was clean, but smelled of mold. Grounds were not kept up, side walk outside room needed sweeping, Grounds by lake lacked seating and view is upstrucked by green plastic fencing on dunes.

I was very happy with the motel. Booked online based on reviews and it didn't disappoint. Receptionist was pleasant and check in easy. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable.
