There were many recommendations for this hotel, and the pictures look amazing. However upon arrival the building looked outdated and could use some update and cleanliness, especially in the bathroom of the room. The staff was very friendly, the view outdoors and nature was lovely, but the hotel (indoors) itself was the disappointing part.

Nice for a budget traveler
A bit run down and smelled like long-ago smokers. Our room was small and dark, and the pictures are really good in comparison. Check-in was not really friendly, but not unpleasant either. Just business. That being said, it wasn't a horrible stay, and for the money, it was clean, the breakfast was great, and the shower was hot. Not memorable, but for an overnight, not a bad deal.

Outside of hotel was badly in need of paint and general maintenance. Bathroom was so small one can sit on the toilet and brush teeth at the same time if wanted. The sink did not drain quickly. Unfortunately, it was the worst 3 star we have ever used having used 3 star hotels for many years.

Late night check in
We were travelling by car and looking for hotels on the way depending on how much road we would cover. We are night owls so we would push our driving in the night, so we were looking for a hotel with 24h desk. We found this lovely place in the countryside on the app, and we could check in at 2am. The room was comfortable and clean. It needs a bit of a renovation, but overall it was pleasant and we had a good rest. Great buffet breakfast available, and free parking onsite.

Dette hotellet har jeg problemer med å gi tilbakemelding på - det er så store kontraster på kvaliteten - avhengig av hva en vektlegger. Rommet og badet var helt greit og godt rengjort, men begge hadde et åpenbart og STORT behov for oppgradering. Temp var OK fordi vinduet kunne åpnes, men det er tilsynelatende ikke mulig å regulere den 🤔🤔🤔 WIFI var tilgjengelig, men treg 😣😣😣 Hotellets innside er fullstendig utdatert. Utvendig ligner det en Sovjetisk betongbunker, som ikke er blitt vedlikeholdt 😩😩😩 Betjeningen var MEGET hyggelige, hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. 👍👍👍 Frokosten (inkludert) var helt grei, men hadde ikke særlig høy kvalitet - hverken på ingredienser, utvalg eller omgivelser (lå i tilknytning til resepsjonen) Hotellet har egen restaurant og den overrasket meget positivt; trivelig interiør og serviceinnstilt betjening. Maten smakte MEGET GODT 😋 😋 😋 Og hvor ofte finner en 3 retters velsmakende middag til 20 Euro 😃😃😃 Hotellet er plassert i et område - midt mellom Firenze og Lucca - som har lite å tilby og krever tilgang på bil
