Best Hotel Ever
The manganao is a beautiful hotel: the pool is huge and very clean. The hotel is well maintained , the rooms are very clean and feature modern furniture. Best hôtel staff ever: they are all very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is tasty. The hotel has its own private beach at raisin clair. The hotel is conveniently located near the marina which makes Day trips to Marie galante , les saintes and petite terre easy ! (It s à lot more difficult from gosier to go island hopping)

Pros: Beautiful beach and pool area, kind staff, very good breakfast. The area is very peaceful and quiet. There are a couple of good small restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance. Cons: Very few. Connecting to WiFi was complicated and troublesome.

We enjoyed staying here. The swimming pool area is large and well laid out. Their beach area is intimate and very comfortable with a nice restaurant just steps off the sand. Our room was clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Hotel slightly run down
We stayed in an apartment at the hotel. It would have been helpful to,know ahead of time that You really needed a car to get around- no place to buy groceries anywhere nearby. hotel is rather shabby,and there is a for sale sign at the front of the complex. Very poor wifi reception.

Disappointing for the price
For almost 300 Euro per night you would expect something slightly better than a Motel 6 type room, rusty table on the balcony, missing room number, 2 tiny pillows for the bed ( which was hard as a rock ), K-Mart quality towels, partly refilled shampoo bottle. And any hotel requiring you wear a bracelet for ID just feels cheap.

This place is abandoned
This place is a total mess it's almost like a ghost town, breakfast in the morning is terrible, staff is bad beach is not clean our leg got so bitten by little bugs all evening at the restaurent. Just don't go there you better choose the Club Med. The pool was out of order

Peaceful relaxing stay
The stay was great. The staff was very accommodating even with my limited French...A few spoke some English and helped arrange transportation for me. The beach was amazing...the water was clear, warm, and relatively calm. For the more adventurous traveler, there is a rocky shore to explore to the West of the beach and also a pathway to the East of the Manganao beach that allows for access to the Raisins Clairs beach. Raisins Clairs beach is a local beach with deeper water and a bit more surf. Aside from Raisins Clairs beach, it is a bit tough to get around to explore. I would recommend renting a car to see more of the area as taxis can get a bit expensive. Most other restaurants would be hard to walk to, especially after sunset. The rooms were small which didn't matter too much as there are plenty of common areas. They were clean although a bit musky however, which is probably a result of the ambient humidity (our room was full equipped with AC). Wifi is available but can be spotty at times. The hotel itself is a large complex with many bungalows/structures. The lobby is wonderful and the rest of the grounds are well maintained despite being a bit dated. There is also a restaurant/bar on the premise with quick service and a picturesque view. The menu is limited however, which could get a bit dull for travelers staying for more than a few nights.

Great location with terrible quality
We booked a room in a hotel but it turned out to be a bungalow with no cleaning service and no internet connection. Swimming pool was extremely dirty and not cleaned regularly. The beach was nice but also littered. The place has a great potential but it seems not to be managed well.

Better places on the Island
What a disappointment sums it all up. The hotel itself is on a BEAUTIFUL property located on a perfect lagoon. Location is key, a 5 minute drive to the St. Francois marina and 15 minutes from St. Anne. Unfortunately this hotel is not very hospitable. We booked an apartment online because it was the only room that would accommodate my family of 4 adults. After checking in, we were told there was no gym and that we would not be able to move to a closer room despite my parents' handicap unless we spent $400 more Euro. The staff working there were very nice (despite an incident on our last night) which made our stay bearable. The room has broken hinges on doors and were poorly upkept but clean. If you don't speak French, good luck.

Hôtel vieillissant c’est dommage car la chambre est correcte et le petit déjeuner tout à fait honorable dans un cadre plutôt sympa. Jardin propre et bien entretenu mais certains petits bassins sont sans eau (derrière le bâtiment du petit déjeuner) et beaucoup d’équipements auraient besoin d’être changés (liner de la piscine, les parasols en feuilles de palmiers, vitrage du restaurant...) . L’ensemble donne l’impression d’un laisser aller regrettable car ce pourrait être un très beau complexe une fois rénové.

De ligging van het hotel was top,rustig aan het strand gelegen met mooi afgebakend zwembad. Verzorgde omgeving. Leuke ingerichte kamer. Wiffi op kamer uitstekend. Wat betreft het ontbijt en lunch was verzorgd enkel de keuze en variêteit ervan was beperkt tijdens ons verblijf. Indien je vlucht in de avond is,is er wel geen mogelijkheid om je te douchen en om te kleden voor vertrek (je moet wat inventief zijn) Verder wel een aan te raden verblijf
