Had a post surgery stay with our son, which was an emergency. After travelling hours on a red eye flight, James at the front desk made our stay that much more enjoyable. He got us an accessible room, early check in, late check out and helped us out in countless other ways. This place is great if staying in Fairfield. We love The Circle and it's location and staff, and especially James! Top Notch!

The room was excellent but with staying for 2 nights, we needed more than 2 washcloths. Although we asked for extras at the front desk, they were never dropped off and with no phone in the room and returning late in the evening, we went without.

I visited here about 5 years ago and it's improved a lot since then, at least the rooms have. They're a lot more modern and feel clean. The TVs have Roku installed but you can still change the HDMI to input anything that you have with you. The beds are hard in my opinion. Bathrooms are pretty basic and ours had a chair for some extra assistance if needed in the shower.

As a senior, given a second floor room was impossible since the hotel did not have an elevator. We then received a first floor room which reeked disinfectant. Bathroom was very small and the room lacked a dresser for clothes and the TV did not have cable.
