Would stay again!
Very friendly staff (though we didn’t need anything after check in) and wonderful location with quick access to everything we needed - food and rim views! Would stay there again. The room was very clean and beds were comfy.

This lodge was inside the park and just a short drive from the South Rim. Very adequate lodging if you're looking to stay inside the park and experience everything nearby!

Rooms in god condition. Hallways a bit dated. Customer service good throughout. Excellent food options on the lodge grounds.

Old but still decent especially for location
The lodging building and rooms are old and need to be refurbished. The building and other lodging buildings that are a part of this hotel are separate and are hundreds of yards away from the check in building and restaurants which is a bit different from the norm. The buildings are nestled in the trees and away from the roads which is nice. It was nice and quiet even with most of the rooms filled.

No WIFI in rooms, Great location
Great place. Fantastic location, can walk to rim and village easily. We had room 7309, was okay. Pillows really big, had a neck ache. No WIFI in rooms only in lobby/restaurant area. Restaurant was okay. Drinks very expensive but expected that. I would come back here. Staff were all lovely

Bed was too firm for me but my spouse slept well. The pillows were uncomfortable. I loves the heat light in the bathroom! It also was spacious enough and quiet.

2/10 Poor

Yavapai Lodge, Grand Canyon
The rooms might have been adequate about 50 years ago but they are primitive and "tired" as well as very small and uncomfortable.

Pleasant stay
Great location. Walking distance to lots of things. Smaller side of a hotel room but suited us for what we needed.
