I would have rated the property a 5 star all around however, the water in the rooms is not drinkable as it has a yellow tinge to it. I’m guessing it is from the river where they draw the water. Also, the floors and walls are not very soundproof. I was on a lower floor and could hear kids running in the unit above me. I addition, I could hear screaming and a child crying at night.

A sad business, the toilets required that toilet paper was placed in the garbage after being used…. rather than being flushed. I feel sorry for the owner… this place has seen its best days and it would take a mountain of cash to fix the problems we saw.
