Amazing family get away.
Amazing amenities. Clean. Well cared for. Bathrooms & kitchen well stocked. Towels for 8, soap, shampoo. Full sized fridge, grill, stove, microwave etc Just a bit chilly at night.no heat inside home other than fireplace. Luckily they supply ample extra blankets. Beds super comfortable. We all slept well.

This place is absolutely magical! Check in was a breeze. The nice concierge gives you your key and a map to guide you to your cabin. My parents and I went for the first time and only stayed one night. The cabin itself is beautiful, you feel like you are in a movie. They provide pots, pans, plates, and all utensils you may need. There is also an outdoor grill that you can use.You are surrounded by Mother Nature and the best part is there is no cell service. You literally get to disconnect from everything. We will continue to visit at least once a year and stay longer.

2/10 Poor

The entire property was old and deteriorated, the outside signs and lighting were broken we didn’t know we’re to go. Insufficient personal property management was extremely poor they never cleaned our cabin much less gave us clean towels. Over all the cabin’s and property were nice 20 years ago. We’re very disappointed we share our experience to worn others not to stay here..! There prices are extremely high for what you get.

La cabaña y las áreas verdes a su alrededor están muy bien, la cabaña cuenta con todos los utensilios y lo que se puede necesitar. Solo deben considerar que no hay nada de señal para el celular

2/10 Poor

From the outside the property looks very beautiful. Once you go in it’s a different story. We reserved 2 suites and both of them had hornets inside and bed bugs. We asked to be moved, they moved us to a family cabin that had no bugs but was old and not maintained. I would not stay here again.

Overall Appearance.
Lack of maintenance over all. Quite a few light bulbs were fused. Shower room looks very rusty and dirty. Some window locks broken. Mattress very old and very uncomfortable. Wrist bands were never checked when entering the property (No security). Front appearance of the property looks dirty and abandoned. No wifi in rooms. Trees and garden very nice appearance and great maintenance.

Would definitely stay there again
I would give it the full 5 stars but only for not having a wifi signal for 3 days. Very secluded and tranquil but still close enough to Mazamitla!

Sierra Vista is a unique experience, loved the cabin being in the middle of the forest. Cabins should have extra blankets during colder weather.
