Please work on the condition of the pillows and bed sheets.
They have a minor unpleasant smell.
Thank you.

Not a spot to walk around in at night. But there are Ubers. Regular good things, hot water, clean, little pool, people were attentive. Internet in the lobby was slow- in the room was ok- but not fast.

Friendly staff, embarrassing conditions door of rooms. Everything is old. Seems like the owners have not upgraded and invested 1 real since it is no longer the Hilton.
Breakfast and restaurant good quality with variety of options. There is much better value for money available in Belém. Will def not stay here again until the hotel is maintained well.

In a very strange time of Covid 19, the staff went out of their way to take care of the guests. Instead of the full 10 days stay I ended up leaving Belem and stayed out in a village most of my trip. When I came back into town the hotel was very understanding and gave me the best treatment they could. I do not speak Portuguese and most of the staff does not speak english. For me it was not a problem as I had help with me. Thank you staff for all you did to make sure everything was clean and staff still took care of your guests.

Would be an okay hotel at 1/3 the price
Tired old hotel, no amenities (e.g., no coffee maker, no room safe) typical of other hotels of this price in the city. Room was not ready - no blanket on the bed, no hangers in the closet. Staff cannot communicate in English. Could not issue an invoice for the room charges at the end of my stay (!).

Good amenities, great breakfast
The breakfast was amazing, pool and gym also good to relax. The hotel was partially renovated, has a good infra structure but the area around deteriorated and offer few options within walking distance. On the cons... wi fi was terrible during my stay.

Hotel close to lot of places of interest.
Former Hilton hotel, but isn't Hilton standards anymore. Hotel lobby, pool area look good. Standard rooms are ok, but a bit outdated. We booked a standard room.
I advise the hotel to check the rooms before they show their guests to their rooms. The rooms can be smelly because of humidity, do a check on the AC and safe etc.
It would be good to offer each guest a bottle of complementary water every day, since you can't drink tab water.
Although only reception staff speaks a bit of English, all personnel is very friendly and helpful. The bartenders are very nice and make good caipirinhas. As for the restaurant; good food and most of the male servants are good.
Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. The only reason why I wouldn't recommend it, is the WiFi. They offer free WiFi, but most of the time it didn't work or was very slow.
