This place is so unique. It’s totally warm atmosphere like you came to visit your far away family. Farm around, so you can see chickens, horses, cows and even buffalo. I’m a city girl, it was so amused by it. Two friendly cats can meet and welcome you outside. Even wild turkey visited us! They ran to me as soon as I other door. And night! Omg! Those stars!!! You can’t see them in the city! You can make fire and gather together with another guests. Did I mentioned breakfast? Farm eggs! I ate my plate! Homemade huckleberry syrup! Definitely definitely go here! You won’t regret!

Peaceful time away from the city
Wonderful rustic setting and very friendly people. There was a small kerfuffle on check in. They didn’t seem to have record of our confirmation. Luckily I had your confirmation on my phone. But they couldn’t have been more welcoming. They need to mention that dinner reservations are required with 24 hour notice but town isn’t far. And the food products they produce on site is very local and good. Peaceful.

Will never return.
Difficult to find cabin after dark. The room was filthy. 2 inches of dust under the bed. Ceiling fan coated in dust and spider webs. I felt sorry for the lone buffalo. Small pen. Coffe cup had dried creamer in bottom. Contacted front desk for clean cups. They never returned my call

The tent we stayed was very spacious and clean. We had extra blankets which came in handy as the nights were cool. There was limited lighting in the tent, and the amenities were a fair distance away. Portable toliets were available closer to the tent.

The ranch has a good placement, the surroundings are beautiful. The teepee was not in a good shape, it couldn't be closed properly and unsafe. It was no protection against wild life and other creatures, all around it was open. We were told someone will wait until 7pm. We got there at 6:30 pm and it was just a note where to find the teepee. No service was offered. Not a very pleasant experience.

Host was very nice. We thought we were renting a cabin. Turned out to be a bedroom with shared bathroom with other guest in the owners home. Little awkward for my liking.

A little slice of heaven
I really loved this place. The staff and owners were wonderful and gave us a personal tour of the place and got to see and get some good photos of the resident buffalo. The cabin was clean and spacious. Our neighbors were great.

Not in a tux
We accidentally stayed here on business. That I would not recommend but if we were on vacation this would be a great spot. We didn’t expect this to be on hotels.com because it was a bit roughing it but we’ll worth it had we been on vacation. Breakfasts were fantastic

I like the concept. The presentation is lacking. I found 2 different wifi instructions- neither one worked. There is nothing posted about checkout times. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good. The room was clean.

I wasnt sure what we were getting into when this was booked. My son and I stayed in a wall tent. No electricity, TVs, or heaters, etc. Port o potty close by with shared bathroom a short, kinda fun walk away. Animals everywhere and its doggie friendly. Beds were super comfy and even though it got pretty cold, we stayed warm under the covers and it was just super fun to stay overnight like that. Wasps were out of control during the day. If you come here, just be ready to turn it all off and actually talk to your neighbors or maybe eben lose track of your cell phone. Dont need it here. There is wifi and it works great, but what was better were some of the people we met, and kitty cats that allowed us to pet them, haha. We will be back.

2/10 Poor

Definitely wasn’t what was represented online, bathrooms were far from the outdoor tent experience, limited lighting, dirty, uncomfortable feeling with some of the staff. The restaurant and check-in process were terrible. It smelled terrible… Like sewer, check-in was right by the restaurant the gal who checked me and had the filthiest hands I’ve ever seen and she had just left the kitchen. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. We let them know that we were uncomfortable and would not be staying, requested a refund. Specifically, the bathroom situation was uncomfortable for us due to limitations. But all of the other issues were unacceptable. We booked an alternative property. I requested a refund… I would like your help in retrieving that. Thank you!
