Convenient and easy going
The first night at the lavanda room was super noisy when people knock the fron door in the middle of the night, for the second night I ask for a fan so the little noise of the fan doesnt let other noises in, and had a perfect night sleep.

Clean but very small room especially the bathroom. There were many small mosquitoes in the room, although they were not bad, it was annoying to see them all the time in the room. There’s a restaurant in the same building and the noise is very loud especially Friday night and Saturday

The hotel has character and its quiet. We were checked in on ground floor so its convenient for luggage. The courtyard layout is interestijg. Easy to walk to zocalo where there r plenty restaurant options and easy to browse main market. The downside is the doors r not shut completely so cold air gets in. I imagine it will be great in summer. But the shower is far from ideal. The water is super scorching hot and u cant adjust to somewhere in between even if u turn on a little of the cold tap. We took it for only one day and its because we r enroute to cholula and hot air balloon.

It's a pretty hotel in a good location. The staff were helpful. Our room was large. The hot water was slow to come in. It took 10 minutes and then was only lukewarm. The television would turn off unexpectedly and was not reliable.

It’s a former convent and it’s really peaceful and quiet. The property has great seating areas to relax. This is in someways a trip to old Mexico. The colors of the buildings are amazing and very calming. Great staff, hot shower, fast internet and very secure. Within a short distance are many restaurants, bars and cafes. The Zocalo is 6 minutes away. Close but far enough away. This is now my choice when I come to Puebla.

2/10 Poor

Horrible!!!!

Charming. Comfortable, simple, relaxed, romantic. Lovely courtyard. Friendly, accommodating staff; not much English but good natured about figuring out what we needed. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. It’s not brand new shiny perfect; it’s much nicer than that.

Converted convent cells
Nice, interesting converted convent and a different type of experience. Rooms were small but clean. Location very good for walking to centro. No aircon or fan, which made fore some warm nights. Also a few mosquitos at night. It’s rustic but a lovely courtyard and friendly staff. I’d give it 3.5 to 4 stars.

Hotel muy bien ambientado, muy colorido y cómodo. Las colchones de las camas son de otro nivel. El personal muy amable. Ubicación ligeramente fuera del centro pero eso lo hace ideal

Excellent value!
The hotel is perfectly located to walk to the city centre, and within reach of several convenience stores and restaurants. Rooms were really big and nicely decorated, although they could do with a bit more dusting. Shower was good, even if you have to wait a bit for hot water. All the staff were helpful and friendly, which we really appreciated.

All the staff here are amazing. And will accommodate anything that you would like. They speak fairly good English. I would stay here in a heartbeat again and it is very quiet. I would give it a constellation if I could.
