Reasonably priced and clean. The pool was nice to have with our kids and hot tub was piping hot. The TV didn't work in our first room, so we changed rooms right after check-in. On the second night the TV in the new room didn't work.

I made a reservation based on pet friendly as we had a funeral to attend. Booking in was simple and very friendly. I needed to have a late checkout and forgot to ask on arrival. The staff were so amazing and I was not charged. I was so happy that this was the hotel that picked.

Dirty Bedding
We checked in and the bedding was dirty. Housekeeping did come to put clean sheets on. The bathroom though was nasty. There was mould around the bathtub floor as well as inside the tub. The anthropomorphic door did not shut either. This property is not worth the $250 a night ticket.

Great helpful staff.facilities were nice and there was an Arcade for the kids. We used the pool, hot tub and sauna, which the kids looked. The only problem was that we went out to a movie and when we returned our room parking space was taken and there wasn't any place to park.

Some reviews of this place are straight up bs!!!!it’s a quailty inn in Orilla for F sake no it’s not five star but is it a clean safe nice place in a great kitty city with great views and people yes it is I encourage you to read through the negative reviews as our stay was great thank you to the staff and the pool was great to for all the people expecting more go pay more and stop cheating out!!!!btw I looked for all the things in the reviews and none of them were there for the people saying outdated go stay at a newer place then karen

This place has great potential but it seems like the owners have decided not to bother with any upkeep. It is dirty, run down, and on its last legs. It appears that there are a handful of permanent residents living there with their dogs, and this seems to be what's keeping the cash flow active for the owners, leaving them completely unmotivated to put any money back in. Pictures online had me completely fooled. It's actually a complete dump
