Not a hotel. More like a student dormitory. Door to bathroom wouldn’t close. Shower and toilet dirty. They only clean surfaces. If so basic, the price should reflect.

hotel that disappointed me a lot. They sent me the check in code message when I was already in the hotel not knowing that the reception is not always active. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a broken back. They deducted 1 euro from my card without giving me any explanations. There is no card to enter, but all codes.

Hôtel confortable et propre.
Nous étions au 6eme étage avec une vue dégagée sur Lyon et ses environs. La chambre est de bonne taille avec une salle de bain où on ne se cogne pas partout 😊 et une douche bien conçue pour ne pas tout inonder! Convient parfaitement pour un long week-end et les petits-déjeuners sont en buffet et on y trouve de quoi se régaler. Seul bémol : dommage que les portes ne se ferment pas sans qu’on soit obligé de les tirer pour les verrouiller car cela réduirait le bruit du matin.

Arrive a l'hôtel pour la fêtes des lumières on arrive a l'hôtel on leur demande une place parking on nous repond complet du coup on gare dans la rue 6e pour 1h, on rente dans la chambre odeur horrible qui sens mauvais remonter d'égoux on ouvre les fenetre 30 min et referme nous parton explorer la ville nous rentrons ver les 23h l'odeur et toujour present on prend tous une douche leau a du mal a s'evacué, dans la chambre il fait pas chaud ma fille demande de augmenter le chomage la suprise on peut pas l'augmenter plus car deja a fond, derrières les rideaux des gros ventilation qui envoie de l'air froid on a u froid toute la nuit et lit pas confortable nous avons fait pas mal de b&b hotel dans le sud et sur toulouse il etait plus confortable et rien a dire a peu pres 80e la nuit et a lyon 160e la nuit a se prix il ferez pas mal de faire des travaux et des changements

Confort à revoir : lits bruyants
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans votre hôtel et avons été déçus par la qualité des lits. Les deux lits jumeaux grinçaient toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil difficile. De plus, les lits n'étaient pas correctement faits : seules les couvertures avaient été tirées, tandis que les draps restaient froissés et non bordés. Ces détails devraient être améliorés pour offrir un meilleur confort aux clients.
