Completely incompetent
We will never stay at this hotel again. Our check in was awful. The front desk girl, Miranda, could NOT find my reservation, even with my Hotels Itinerary number. Then, she was exceptionally intrusive by asking my teen aged daughter if she was an adult. It made both my daughter and I very uncomfortable....as if it were some kind of trafficking situation. Finally, she charged me for a pet when we didn't have a pet with us. So we were OVERCHARGED by $25. I did call the hotel the day after we checked out to discuss the situation, but the manager has yet to contact me. Then, I find that the hotel has charged me a second fee of $89.00, for what I don't know. So, after being unable to find our reservation, insulting us, they now OVERCHARGE me by over $100. I will not stay there again nor recommend them. Our incompetence all the way around.
